Our preferred method of repairing slab leaks is to cut out the problem line in the wall and reroute a new Uponor PEX line over head. This method eliminates the possibility of a slab leak on the same line in the future. Uponor pipe is expanded to make the connection and uses shape memory to shrink around the fitting and provides a secure, strong connection. Uponor fittings offers the same inside pipe diameter as copper, opposed to other pex systems which use smaller fittings. We are the plumbers to call for your slab leak repairs.

A clogged sewer can ruin your day and cause a big mess inside your home. Our plumbers can clear your blockage with a snake or through hydro jetting and video inspect your lines to determine the cause of the issue. We can repair your sewer or replace the entire line when necessary.
Most homes built prior to 1984 were plumbed with cast iron drains. As cast iron is reaching the end of it's life expectancy and begins to corrode and rot away it may be necessary to tunnel under your home and replace those drain lines with PVC. Our plumbers will permit the job, our partners will dig the tunnel and then we will install new drain lines to code and have the job inspected. Some cities require it but we always hire an engineer to do backfill and compaction inspection upon completion.
If necessary, our plumbers can excavate and replace problem water and sewer lines. Sometimes it is possible for us to dig a hole near the water meter and near the house and pull the existing water line out while replacing it with a new one without excavation through the yard
